Description

Refreshing Cucumber and Dill Pinwheels make for a perfect summer appetizer with creamy and crunchy textures.


Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over a tortilla, covering it evenly.
  3. Lay thin cucumber rounds atop the cream cheese layer.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one edge.
  5. Slice the rolled tortilla into bite-sized pieces and serve chilled.

Notes
