- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add your choice of shells or rotini and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and allow it to cool completely.
- Mix the salad components: In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced dill pickles, and chopped fresh dill.
- Prepare the dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, garlic powder, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper.
- Toss and coat: Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Chill and serve: Cover the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
