Description

A nostalgic dish that combines baked cheese and buttery noodles for a comforting meal reminiscent of school days.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  2. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Combine the cooked noodles with the melted butter in the pan.
  4. Pour in the milk while stirring continuously.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
  6. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Heat through and serve warm.

Notes
