Description

A heartwarming dish combining creamy textures, tender chicken, and vibrant vegetables, perfect for weeknight dinners or family feasts.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, shredded cheese, and mixed vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25–30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
