Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, shredded cheese, and mixed vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25–30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
