Description

Savory French Dip Roll Ups filled with tender roast beef, creamy Swiss cheese, and wrapped in flaky crescent rolls, perfect for dipping in warm beef broth.


Ingredients

  • 1 package crescent rolls
  • 1 lb deli roast beef
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the dough by rolling out the crescent rolls and separating them into triangles.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on each triangle.
  4. Layer slices of deli roast beef and Swiss cheese on top of the mustard.
  5. Roll each triangle tightly starting from the wide end.
  6. Bake until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
  7. While baking, heat beef broth with onion and garlic powder in a small saucepan.
  8. Serve the roll-ups warm with beef broth for dipping.
