- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 cup ripe mango, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced fresh pineapple, ripe mango, and finely chopped red onion. Gently stir them together.
- Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture.
- Add the freshly chopped cilantro, along with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently toss everything together using a spatula or your hands.
- Allow the salsa to sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
