A refreshing cucumber salad bursting with flavor and perfect for summer meals.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 large Cucumbers
- 2 medium Tomatoes
- 1 small Red Onion
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill
- 1 cup Yogurt or Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients: Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds or half-moons, chop the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces, and thinly slice the red onion.
- Create the dressing: In a separate mixing bowl, combine yogurt (or sour cream), lemon juice, and olive oil. Whisk until smooth and well-blended. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss everything together: In a large mixing bowl, add the cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and fresh dill. Pour the dressing over the top, then gently toss to coat every piece.
- Chill: If you have time, let your salad rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld beautifully.
- Serve and enjoy: Dish out the salad into bowls and garnish with a sprinkle of fresh dill or a drizzle of olive oil.
Notes
