Description

A refreshing cucumber salad bursting with flavor and perfect for summer meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large Cucumbers
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill
  • 1 cup Yogurt or Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients: Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds or half-moons, chop the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces, and thinly slice the red onion.
  2. Create the dressing: In a separate mixing bowl, combine yogurt (or sour cream), lemon juice, and olive oil. Whisk until smooth and well-blended. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Toss everything together: In a large mixing bowl, add the cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and fresh dill. Pour the dressing over the top, then gently toss to coat every piece.
  4. Chill: If you have time, let your salad rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld beautifully.
  5. Serve and enjoy: Dish out the salad into bowls and garnish with a sprinkle of fresh dill or a drizzle of olive oil.

Notes

For best flavor, serve chilled and consume within 1-2 days.
