A delightful frozen treat featuring creamy bananas, rich peanut butter, crunchy peanuts, and a silky chocolate shell, perfect for summer snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanuts
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bananas: Peel and slice them into halves or thirds.
  2. Add the peanut butter: Generously spread a layer over each banana piece.
  3. Sprinkle the crunch: Scatter chopped peanuts on top of the peanut butter.
  4. Melt the chocolate: In a bowl or double boiler, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil. Stir until smooth.
  5. Coat the bananas: Dip each piece into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  6. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between pieces.
  7. Freeze to perfection: Transfer to the freezer for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  8. Enjoy your delight: Serve and savor your homemade Frozen Banana Snickers!

Notes

These treats can be stored in the freezer for up to two weeks. Consider roasting the peanuts for added flavor.
