A vibrant fruit salsa made with juicy strawberries, mango, kiwi, and pineapple, served with crispy homemade cinnamon chips.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups diced strawberries
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced kiwi
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Flour tortillas (for cinnamon chips)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, and mango in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice and honey, stirring gently.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Brush both sides of the flour tortillas with melted butter.
  5. Cut the tortillas into triangles.
  6. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the tortilla triangles.
  7. Arrange the tortilla pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Let the chips cool slightly and serve with the fruit salsa.

Notes

For the best flavor, hold off on adding honey to the salsa until just before serving. Use seasonal fruits for variety.
