Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and cream cheese in a large bowl using an electric mixer until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Whisk together the flour and baking powder in another bowl.
- Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar while warm.
