- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 (15 oz) can Tomato Sauce
- 2 cups Elbow Macaroni
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Water as needed
Instructions
- Heat a large pot to medium and add the ground beef, browning it until fully cooked and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Pour in the tomato sauce and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir thoroughly to combine.
- Add the pasta to the pot and enough water to cover all ingredients. Stir gently!
- Bring everything to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer until the pasta is tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm with a sprinkle of cheese or fresh herbs on top for added flavor.
Notes
Goulash tastes even better the next day! Make a big batch and refrigerate it. You can also customize it by adding extra vegetables or spices.
