Instructions
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a medium-sized bowl to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, alternating with optional vegetables.
- Grill the skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
