Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheese and diced ham.
  5. Add the milk gradually, stirring until just combined.
  6. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  7. Roll out to about 1 inch thick and cut into rounds.
  8. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
