- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the shredded cheese and diced ham.
- Add the milk gradually, stirring until just combined.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Roll out to about 1 inch thick and cut into rounds.
