Description

Comforting ham casserole featuring tender pasta, smoky ham, and a creamy mushroom sauce topped with crispy breadcrumbs.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover ham, diced
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the diced ham, cooked pasta, frozen peas, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Mix the breadcrumbs and melted butter in a separate bowl, then sprinkle this over the casserole.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
