Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix together the flour, butter, sugar, and egg until a cohesive dough forms.
- Press the dough into a greased baking pan.
- Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions using the 500ml milk and 200g sugar.
- Pour the pudding over the dough in the baking pan.
- Mix the breadcrumbs with a hint of sugar and sprinkle over the pudding.
- Optionally, scatter chosen fruits on top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before slicing.
