Description

Ingredients

  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 100g butter
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 500ml milk
  • 200g sugar for pudding
  • Pinch of salt
  • 200g breadcrumbs
  • Optional: fruits (e.g., cherries or berries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix together the flour, butter, sugar, and egg until a cohesive dough forms.
  3. Press the dough into a greased baking pan.
  4. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions using the 500ml milk and 200g sugar.
  5. Pour the pudding over the dough in the baking pan.
  6. Mix the breadcrumbs with a hint of sugar and sprinkle over the pudding.
  7. Optionally, scatter chosen fruits on top.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  9. Allow the cake to cool completely before slicing.
