Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Incorporate the cold, cubed butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add the fresh blueberries and gently fold them in.
- Combine the heavy cream, egg, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Shape the dough on a floured surface into a circle about 1 inch thick.
