Description

A creamy and delicious homemade spinach dip that’s perfect for gatherings and game days.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (like mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, chopped spinach, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Blend everything until the mixture is luscious and well-combined.
  4. Transfer the creamy mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with crispy chips, crunchy crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes
