Deliciously crunchy bites filled with spicy jalapeños, creamy cheese, and savory sausages, all wrapped in flaky dough, perfect for any gathering.

- 1 package Little Sausages (cocktail or mini hot dogs)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 2–3 Jalapeños, halved and seeds removed
- 1 package Puff Pastry or Crescent Roll Dough
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- Optional: Shredded Cheese for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the dough package instructions.
- Prepare the jalapeños by slicing them in half lengthwise and removing seeds and membranes.
- Cut the dough into strips that are roughly the width of the sausages.
- Assemble by placing a little sausage, a slice of jalapeño, and a dollop of cream cheese on each strip.
- Wrap the dough tightly around the sausage, placing them seam side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with shredded cheese if desired.
- Bake according to the dough package instructions or until golden brown and puffed.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Make-ahead tip: Assemble and refrigerate the poppers until ready to bake. They can also be frozen for up to a month.
