Description

Delicious sliders featuring crispy chicken, fresh toppings, and a zesty bang bang sauce for a perfect bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast
  • 4 Slider Buns
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • Pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by seasoning with salt and pepper, then coat in flour, dip in egg, and cover with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake the chicken on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Make the bang bang sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
  5. Assemble the sliders with a piece of chicken, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and drizzle the bang bang sauce.
