- 4 Slider Buns
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Flour
- Salt

- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 cup Lettuce
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- Pickles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the chicken by seasoning with salt and pepper, then coat in flour, dip in egg, and cover with panko breadcrumbs.
- Bake the chicken on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
