Description

A quick and indulgent pasta dish featuring shrimp in a luscious lemon garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the angel hair pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic in melted butter over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Season the shrimp with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Toss the drained pasta into the skillet, mixing well with the shrimp and sauce. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.

Notes

Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor. Adjust garlic quantity as desired.
