- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the angel hair pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the garlic in melted butter over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- Season the shrimp with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the drained pasta into the skillet, mixing well with the shrimp and sauce. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
Notes
Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor. Adjust garlic quantity as desired.
