Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions. Prepare your brownie batter and pour it into the muffin cups, filling each about halfway. Bake as directed (usually around 20-25 minutes), then let cool completely.
- Blend the cheesecake filling: In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
