Description

A delightful dessert featuring a buttery crumble topping over mixed berries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vanilla ice cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine mixed berries with 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and let them sit.
  3. Whisk together rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Spread the berry mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Top with the crumble mixture.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving with vanilla ice cream.

Notes

Make ahead by assembling and refrigerating until ready to bake. Can also be cooked in an air fryer.
