- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Vanilla ice cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine mixed berries with 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and let them sit.
- Whisk together rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Spread the berry mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with the crumble mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving with vanilla ice cream.
