- 1 package Golden Oreo Cookies
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (Melted)
- 1 package Instant Lemon Pudding Mix
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Cool Whip (Thawed)
- 1/2 cup Lemon Curd
Instructions
- Begin by crushing the Golden Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- Stir the crushed cookies into the melted butter until evenly coated.
- Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk together the instant lemon pudding mix and 2 cups of milk until the mixture thickens.
- Fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined.
- Spread half of the creamy mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
- Scoop half of the lemon curd and gently spoon it on top of the pudding layer.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining pudding mix and lemon curd.
- Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, chill overnight to allow the flavors to meld. Customize with fresh berries or nuts as desired.
