Description

A creamy and crunchy ice cream that captures the essence of classic churros, perfect for summer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup crushed cinnamon sugar pie crust
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Combine sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until well combined.
  4. Stir in crushed cinnamon sugar pie crust.
  5. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
  6. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the ice cream mixture.
  7. Cover the container and freeze for at least 360 minutes or until firm.
  8. Scoop and enjoy your no churn churro ice cream.
