Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Combine sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until well combined.
- Stir in crushed cinnamon sugar pie crust.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the ice cream mixture.
- Cover the container and freeze for at least 360 minutes or until firm.
