- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, sautéing for about one minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
- Add the orzo and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10-12 minutes until the orzo is tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and paprika, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Return the shrimp to the pot, fold in gently, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
