Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onions and garlic in a large pot over medium heat with olive oil until fragrant.
