Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until you achieve a fine crumb consistency.
- Combine the crushed cookies and softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
- Refrigerate the truffles for about 30 minutes to firm up.
