Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (optional for melting chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until you achieve a fine crumb consistency.
  2. Combine the crushed cookies and softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
  4. Refrigerate the truffles for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring you coat them generously.
  7. Return each truffle to the parchment paper and allow them to sit until the chocolate hardens.
