- 6 large eggs
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups gravy (homemade or store-bought)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the croissants by cutting them into bite-sized pieces and placing them in a greased baking dish.
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- Whisk the eggs in a large mixing bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Combine the egg mixture with the croissants and cooked sausage, folding gently to coat every piece.
- Add the shredded cheese on top of the mixture.
- Refrigerate overnight, covered with plastic wrap.
