Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
