Description

A delightful side dish featuring crispy Parmesan-coated cauliflower florets, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as thyme or rosemary)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
