Description

A comforting and creamy corn casserole that brings together sweet and savory flavors, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) sweet corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
  • 1 package (8.5 oz) cornbread mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the drained sweet corn, creamed corn, cornbread mix, sour cream, and melted butter in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix until blended using a wooden spoon or spatula.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Prepare the greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. Pour the mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
