Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise, removing seeds if preferred.
- Combine pimento cheese, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, pressing slightly to secure the filling.
- Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and jalapeños are tender.
