- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 1 red onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine pork, pineapple, red onion, and green bell pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper until well blended.
- Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the pork and vegetables, tossing gently to coat evenly.
- Thread the pork and veggies onto your skewers, alternating ingredients.
- Grill the skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Brush with remaining BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Marinate the pork and veggies for a few hours for deeper flavor. Wooden skewers should be soaked to prevent burning.
