Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, uncooked rice, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until fully blended.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a large skillet, pour in tomato sauce and water, stirring to combine.
- Carefully place the meatballs into the sauce, ensuring they are submerged.
- Cover the skillet and let it simmer over low heat for 30–40 minutes.
