Ingredients

- Dumpling wrappers
- 1 lb ground pork or chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup shredded vegetables (carrots, cabbage, mushrooms)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, chopped green onions, minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and choice of vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
- Take a dumpling wrapper and place a small spoonful of filling at the center.
- Lightly wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in half, and seal tightly.
- In a non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat and fry potstickers until golden brown on the bottom, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour a splash of water into the pan, cover with a lid, and steam for 5-7 minutes.
- Once cooked, serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
Make ahead and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze uncooked potstickers for up to 3 months.
