- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup strawberry cake mix
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips and butter together in a large mixing bowl in the microwave.
- Fold in the Chex cereal until evenly coated in chocolate.
- Combine the strawberry cake mix and powdered sugar in a resealable plastic bag.
- Transfer the coated Chex cereal into the bag, seal, and shake until coated.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and allow to cool completely.
