Description
Indulge in a plate of Seafood Stuffed Shells filled with tender lobster, crab, and shrimp wrapped in creamy cheeses and served with marinara.

- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup cooked crab meat, chopped
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, lobster, crab, shrimp, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the shells, covering them completely.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can prepare the stuffed shells ahead of time and refrigerate before baking.
