- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or chives (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Scramble the eggs in a mixing bowl, seasoning generously with salt and pepper.
- Cook the sausage or bacon in a skillet until crispy, crumbling it into small bits.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into rounds. Flatten each round to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Spoon the scrambled eggs, cheese, and crumbled meat into the center of each dough round.
- Pinch the edges together to fully enclose the filling, rolling gently into a ball.
- Place each ball seam-side down on the lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
