Description

Indulge in these delightful breakfast bombs filled with scrambled eggs, savory sausage, and melted cheddar cheese, wrapped in a golden-brown biscuit dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Scramble the eggs in a mixing bowl, seasoning generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the sausage or bacon in a skillet until crispy, crumbling it into small bits.
  4. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into rounds. Flatten each round to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  5. Spoon the scrambled eggs, cheese, and crumbled meat into the center of each dough round.
  6. Pinch the edges together to fully enclose the filling, rolling gently into a ball.
  7. Place each ball seam-side down on the lined baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  9. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
