Description

A delightful take on classic s’mores, featuring a crispy tortilla wrapped around melty chocolate, gooey marshmallows, and crunchy graham crackers.


Ingredients

  • 4 Flour tortillas
  • 2 Chocolate bars (milk, dark, or flavored)
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Graham crackers, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • Optional: Whipped cream or ice cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare your tortilla by laying it on a flat surface.
  2. Add chocolate bars in the center of the tortilla.
  3. Layer with a generous handful of marshmallows.
  4. Sprinkle graham crackers over the marshmallows.
  5. Fold the tortilla edges over the filling to create a parcel.
  6. Heat butter in a preheated skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook the wrapped tortilla seam-side down until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  8. Slice in half and serve warm with optional whipped cream or ice cream.

Notes

Avoid overstuffing the wrap to prevent spillage. You can also bake in the oven at 375°F for 12-15 minutes if preferred.
