Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the sourdough discard, flour, salt, and olive oil in a mixing bowl until a cohesive dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into desired shapes using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
- Place the cut crackers on a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Sprinkle optional herbs, seeds, or spices on top for added flavor.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow the crackers to cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
