Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup sourdough discard
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Herbs, seeds, or spices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the sourdough discard, flour, salt, and olive oil in a mixing bowl until a cohesive dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
  4. Cut the dough into desired shapes using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
  5. Place the cut crackers on a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  6. Sprinkle optional herbs, seeds, or spices on top for added flavor.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Allow the crackers to cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes
