- Croissant Dough
- Sliced Ham
- Sliced Cheese
- Butter
- Flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the croissant dough on a lightly floured surface until about a ¼-inch thickness.
- Cut the dough into triangles with a broad base about 4-5 inches wide.
- Add a slice of ham and a slice of cheese toward the broader end of each triangle.
- Roll the triangles from the wide end toward the tip, tucking the tip underneath to secure.
- Place croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
