- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine ground beef, stuffing mix, warm water, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce, then pour it over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the meat registers 160°F on a meat thermometer.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
