Instructions
- Begin by placing the chopped kale, sliced peaches, blueberries, and red onion into a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until nicely emulsified.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture, and gently toss to combine.
- Sprinkle slivered almonds on top of the salad right before serving.
