Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, and minced garlic. Mix gently but thoroughly.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs, ensuring they’re compact.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, pineapple juice, vinegar, and brown sugar. Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves completely.

- If using pineapple chunks, add them in during the last five minutes of cooking.
