Description

Delicious Taco Stuffed Shells filled with seasoned beef, creamy refried beans, and melty cheese, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 20 large pasta shells
  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup salsa
  • Sour cream (for serving)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  3. Brown the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat, drain excess fat.
  4. Add taco seasoning and refried beans, mixing well to heat through.
  5. Stuff each cooked shell with the meat mixture and place in a baking dish.
  6. Pour salsa over the stuffed shells and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with sour cream, garnished with green onions and cilantro.
