Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 g Fresh Salmon Fillets
  • 750 g Potatoes, Thinly Sliced
  • 200 g Fresh Spinach or Broccoli

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Layer the thinly sliced potatoes evenly across the bottom of your baking dish.
  3. Prepare the salmon fillets by seasoning with salt and pepper, placing them on top of the potatoes.
  4. Make the sauce by mixing heavy cream with chopped spinach or broccoli and seasoning.
  5. Add the creamy mixture over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is coated.
  6. Top with grated cheese to create a golden crust.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let it rest for a moment before serving for easier portioning.

Notes
