Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Jumbo Jalapeños
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups Smoked Brisket, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise, removing seeds and membranes.
  3. Combine cream cheese, smoked brisket, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the filling, pressing to pack it in well.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  6. Place on a baking sheet without crowding and bake for 25-30 minutes until bacon is crispy and jalapeños are tender.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
