- 12 Jumbo Jalapeños
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 cups Smoked Brisket, shredded
- 8 slices Bacon
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise, removing seeds and membranes.
- Combine cream cheese, smoked brisket, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the filling, pressing to pack it in well.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
- Place on a baking sheet without crowding and bake for 25-30 minutes until bacon is crispy and jalapeños are tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
